General

✦. By using my services, you are automatically agreeing to the following conditions.✦. All art is © by me (DecagonScaler). You are not allowed to use my art for commercial purposes, NFT usage, AI training, artwork manipulation & edits, heavily tracing, reposting for self benefit, and claiming my artwork as yours or someone else's, including leaving credit fields open.✦. I have the right to decline or cancel my commissions that I'm not comfortable with or do not have time/inspiration/skills for it.✦. I have the right to share my artwork. Customs are usually watermarked, but can be taken down on request.✦. By violating any of these terms you will be blocked and denied of getting art from me. (see also Blacklist)

Commissions

✦. Your character’s reference must be a fully digital colored png, psd, gif, jpg or jpeg.✦. Additional complexity fees will be applied. Examples are winged characters, characters with over 40+ colors, hardly indefinable details, fan-based characters and/or additional accessories.✦. I work on my own pace and I will not let anyone 'harass' me to draw faster or take deadlines. My pacing depends on the complexity of a commission and on my current life situation. The average estimated duration to finish can sometimes span from 5 days to 1 month.✦. I have a Trello board to track commission progress, but I’m also able to send current WIP’s (on request from the start) before the first sketch.✦. You are allowed to suggest changes once I send the sketch, free of charge. Once approved, I'll start on lining, coloring and/or rendering. I will not change anything after the commission is fully completed! Though, small details and slight color adjustments are negotiable.✦. I am able to send finished artworks through dm, email, toyhouse, and DA Sta.sh, the file is by default ‘jpg’ but can also be requested as ‘PNG’ (transparent).✦. Commissioners may use the finished artwork to their personal content as long as it follows these guidelines and is preferably mentioned with a credit.

PAYMENTS
✦. Paypal Invoices only (€). I also accept USD, however those will come with an extra transaction fee of +5% of total price.✦. Full payments must be sent within 24 hours after the approval of the first sketch. Payment plans (half upfront, half after) are only available for commissions exceeding €50.✦. Do not pay me before I give you the 'green light' or pay anything other than the invoice. I am not responsible for possible transaction fees when I refund it.✦. I will only refund if I cancel/stop your commission, or if the commission takes longer than 3 months (on request). On top of that, I will not refund finished pieces.✦. You need to be at least above 16, or if under, have permission from your legal parent(s) or guardian(s) when paying with real currency.✦. You may order a commission for someone else (using their character) as long as they are okay with it and you are paying.

DESIGNS & CUSTOMS
✦. I sometimes accept art as payment; those must be finished within 1 month (extensions are acceptable, provided only when sending current progress shots or if personal factors are involved).✦. You may not resell the design for more than the original worth, unless it’s provided extra art or (possible) design changes. Of course, you may make as many edits to your liking.✦. Please have a moodboard (or similar) ready beforehand when buying a custom.
